Amazon give complete freedom to customer to buy good quality products and if not satisfied with quality, customer has complete rights to return it.
We get best rates most of the time on Amazon for almost all the products.
If we opt for "Prime" service, product delivered in max of 2 days and without any delivery charges.
I Ordered Mobile(Redmi Note 3) on 19th of Dec 2016 and it got delivered to me on 21st of Dec 2016 in 2 days only. Lovely Packing and Lovely Delivery Time.

- If as a seller I get some bad reviews on my products, Amazon BAN that seller to sell its products on Amazon. It shows how much quality conscious Amazon is.
So in nutshell, Amazon is one of the best Online Shopping Portal in my opinion.
