It occurred a few months ago my mom ordered a saree for her, she told me to order it for her and I ordered it.
Problem started, the order was not shown nor in the Amazon official app or the website of Amazon. So I talked to the customer care and they it was a technical issue they say to me Id nt need to worry about it.
So finally it came up, we paid the delivery man and opened the packet. What I found was shopping bags it was 20-30 pieces I meant what they had done with the order.
I at the same time call up customer care and they said that the order is right, it was of a shopping bags, but in Amazon it was shown as saree, they just cheated me
