I ordered one camera on 26-sep14 through Amazon. The camera was not received till 9th October. I called amazon on 9th. The lady very proudly told me that the camera will be delivered on 4th October. I asked her that what is the date today. She said sorry sir it is already 9th. Then on my request she transferred line to her supervisor Mr. Ramprasad. He showed his inability that he can do any thing. It is suppliers mistake and money can be returned only by the supplier. I asked him that what is the role of amazon in the deal. He was unable to help.
All he could tell that the complaint will be dealt in 2 days. He refused to give any complaint number.
Please be careful when ordering through Amazon.

Further to my above review, amazon is passing on the responsibility of refund to supplier(shopping whopping) and supplier is saying that amazon will make the refund. Amazon has transferred the case to their insurance company A&Z who say that the refund will take place after 2-3 weeks subject to conditions.
