I was informed in writing that my product return was complete and refund cheque of Rs 5149.00 was issued on 28th April 2017. In spite of lots of followup with helpline and at tweeter, no executive gave me courier details and tracking no for refund cheque. Everyone was saying to wait for 5-10 business days to get the cheque. Today on 6th May, after my tweet to Mr Jeff Bezos, CEO Amazon, I received a mail saying that due to some technical error cheque was not issued in time and now asking me to wait for another 3-5 business days. This is what amazon India is doing for a refund of Rs 5149.00 Can amazon justify the delay?
