Im really frustrated with the delivery service in DLF, Hyderabad. My recent orders have been marked as "rejected" without any attempt to contact me. This has happened twice in a week!
Order #402-9111372-1155558 was out for delivery on Saturday night at 10:42PM and was marked as rejected just a minute later. And the previous order, #402-9002374-4777111, was never delivered due to "carrier inability to contact" despite no missed calls.
This is a serious trust issue for Amazon.
Is it time for Amazon to take action against these delivery scams? Or should we switch to other platforms?
