HORRIBLE DELIVERY PRACTICES.

For some unknown reason, the delivery agent keeps returning back the items back to Amazon saying "damaged". I have complained about this amazon so many times thru chat, email, phone with first representative, phone with escalation team. It’s been 3 months and almost all orders are getting returned. They just put a fake delivery attempt and then return the item within the next half hour. We don’t get any calls from the delivery agent either. Ocassionaly we receive an SMS on the day of delivery with the delivery agent’s phone number. When we call that number that number is not even in use anymore. None of the numbers that they had sent me is a working number. Amazon doesn’t even care to check the validity of their delivery agent’s phone number before sending that message to their customer. As usual every time I complain, they read out the text in front of them saying this won’t happen again, please place the order again. I’m very frustrated to hear the same thing over and over again. None of the representatives have no clue or control over the delivery process. Absolutely a waste of time. I’ve never heard these issues with amazon.com USA, when I lived in US. Even if there was any issues, the phone reps had clear information they were even able to conference me with the delivery agent or the responsible company. Amazon should stick to proper delivery companies and stop using cheap third rated agencies to save on costs.
