So I was about to receive an order yesterday, the 18th of this month. But Since the logistics partner could not fulfill it’s commitment, I got a message from amazon that the shipment could not be delivered because the addressee was not present at home.
What a bucket load of crap? I operate a store, and that is the exact same place I asked the delivery for. The store opens at 9 a.m. and closes at 10.30 p.m. My phone has missed call alerts, so in case someone calls and I happen to miss it, I would get an alert, so let’s throw that theory out of the window. How on earth can they blatantly lie for not being potent enough to fulfill their promised delivery? the item was however, ordered on the 13th. So that’s ample time to do it.
Festive season or not, if u cannot fulfill your commitment, call the customer and tell them sorry, we cannot do it today, we will deliver it tomorrow, but lying and making excuses for your fault? doesn’t make sense right, so doesn’t amazon.in for me. BAD, WORSE, NEVER AGAIN.
