Hi everyone, My order No. is 407-7682484-5728316 I bought the Motorola charger from Amazon, I received the charger on 1st March 2018 and as per the title of the charger it says 30 days warranty.
My charger stopped working 15th March 2018 and to be honest I started using my charger from 10th March 2018, So it hardly worked for 5days. I called the customer care of Amazon to return the product. However, they said they can not take the product back as their return window is closed which was 10 days and asked me to contact the seller.
I asked for the sellers number and they said they do not have the number. I asked them its your platform that any seller is using to sell their product. Why dont you have their number? They said anyone can register themselves via an email address and use Amazon as a platform and asked me to click on seller name from amazon site and click on some more hyperlinks and told me to raise the concern this way.
However, those hyperlinked did not help me reach anywhere as the final page said this seller cannot be contacted please contact Amazon customer care to contact this seller and the representatives on the call and he had no idea at all. after few seconds, he started saying that I should go to Motorola service centre now as they have no details of the seller.
I called up so many times at Amazon for help but all the reps were repeating similar steps and said we will call you back but I did not receive any call. I called up Amazon on 16th March and now its 24th march. I did not hear anything from them. I started posting my experience, however, they deleted and did not let it post. somehow, I found the number of the seller from the invoice that I received. I called him up on 16th March. He asked me what do you want? do you want to refund or exchange I said refund?
He said refund will be given to you and gave me an email address to send the order number along with the pictures of the charger and mobile number on which they will send the refund through paytm and said we will not need the charger back as they imported the same in bulk but I will get the refund. I did the same quickly.
However, he said you will get the refund tomorrow. I waited I did not get it, then I made the call and he said you will get it next day and the same thing happened and I have been calling him for last 7 days. I give him a call at least 10times in a day and he does not pick up the call.
Once he picked up by mistake and said that I am just doing your payment and within a couple of minutes you will receive the amount and will share the screenshot via WhatsApp that the payment has been made. but nothing happened till now.
I usually buy online and I was never dissatisfied with any service or product ever, I will never recommend Amazon to anyone again.
