I have just order a health band from Amazon and I was totally unsatisfied from the services which Amazon is providing. First thing is it that they are very very slow, as at the location where I am residing right now I have ordered multiple products from multiple websites and applications, and the maximum time they have reached to me is 2 to 3 days. But to Amazon it took more than that, and not only that the major issue is with the product packaging they have provided. First thing I have received an SMS that my product is going to be delivered by an agent and the number of agent was completely different from the number which I have received the call. And then the package was not in very good conditions, it was exactly like a somebody have played football with the package, so first thing about this package it was just wrapped in a poly bag. it was not torend but it was totally scratched and totally doomed. And the box of band was destroyed a lot. So before signing on the paper I thought I should check the product. So I open The wrapper in front of the courier guy, and as expected from the condition of package the band was not functioning. So I thought that the band was not charged so I asked the courier guy to wait for a while while I just go inside my house and get the band charged and check if it is functioning or not, and then I will signed on the delivery paper. So that time I moved in my house the delivery guy just vanished from the place he did not took my signature on the delivery package and after that when I called on that number back there was no response from that number too.So my question to Amazon is this if next time I have ordered any product and courier guy would not even come to deliver the product and I get the status of product is delivered then where would I get my money from.Cause this delivery guy really did not took my signature and he just vanished off and there is no proof that I have received this product at my house.So overall I’m totally and satisfied from the services they have provided cause, all I was expecting is to get my product for which I have paid my money on time and in good condition.
