I’ve switched from flipkart to Amazon only because they’re international company and even though I haven’t contacted their customer service I am hoping they will be 100x better than competitors.
Okay so lets talk about what I"ve ordered. I’ve ordered multiple products from Amazon including Victorinox scissor, cover for my tablet, memory card etc. They have all been delivered by Amazon shipping within few days so I"m very happy with shipping.
But how fast do they refund your money if you cancel the product after purchase?
I canceled one product to test it and to my surprise money was was in my bank account within 4 days(which is normal because bank takes 3-5 business days to transfer the fund).
All products I’ve received have been same as they were listed so no issue there.
I’m definitely going to be buying from Amazon from now on. They’re fast, variety of products, they hold winning contests every week.what else can you ask for?
