On 13th Oct’15, While I was browsing for a Power Bank on Amazon, a message flashed that there was a lightening sale on the product, offering extra 22% discount for next 15 minutes. I immediately ordered the product and paid online through credit card.
The order was accepted, and dispatched from Delhi to Mumbai in next 2 days. Then suddenly from Mumbai hub of courier, it was sent back to Delhi “on shipper’s instructions” without any reason. I just received an email from amazon saying that due to some reason the delivery could not be completed and package is being returned. The order stands cancelled and refund will be made shortly. When I tried to re-order on amazon, the product was removed from the site.
At the end of it, I felt completely cheated by lure of sale. Wonder how many customers would be falling prey to such fraud in name of sale.?
