More than me, my mother uses the website for purchasing daily use utensils. Every time an add appears on TV or in News Paper shes logs into my amazon account and purchase something or the other product. I have purchased a few electronic products from amazon.in which were really good in condition. Amazon is a universal platform for on-line purchase. I have a great experience too. The only drawback is its delivery period, which is awful. Its discount deals are quite attractive but at times they vary which I felt like intimating to the amazon personnel by e-mail or other sources. The concept of amazon is good.
