Amazon made some other Customer furniture(same thing I ordered) at my NOIDA home. I was made to travel from Gurgaon to NOIDA on 1 hr notice(package arrived 1 week in advance). That time too delivery man had a stand, this is non refundable item, you need to take delivery now itself.
Today someone from VRL logistic called(ph. 8448677647) and wanted the stuff. I asked him to arrange the call from Amazon, giving the authorization to VRL. He didn’t listen to me and now he says he will see the recovery(indirectly threatening), which I never denied.
Amazon executives not contactable(as I dont have the fresh order). No other source to contact them. Hence the open form to escalate.
