I had tried amazon as the first site for online shopping, I have experienced that product descriptions are accurate. Their cancellation and return policy is superb, that is "no questions asked" policy. If you don’t like a product, simply return it within 30 days of purchase.
They won’t ask you any questions if the product is cancelled or returned according to their terms and conditions. I haven’t had any bad experience with amazon yet, their customer care is also very polite and prompt. We have various payment options including COD that makes the shopping experience even more simpler. I have also noticed that the products are usually at lower prices than snapdeal and flipkart which is a very important thing for any customer. Only thing I don’t like about them is their app.
