Its a bad online shoping site

Tried purchasing an iPhone 6s plus on Amazon.com and after all confirmation with customer service for 7 days, ordered the item and after 2 days of shipment they suddenly cancelled the order by saying that they don’t have the item now. I am sure they sold this to other customer for more price and cancelled my order.


When I reached them why my order got cancelled they simply said they don’t have that in inventory now and were hurrying to leave the chat/call.


Don’t trust these people so blindly, all are for their benefit only not for helping the customer on whom they are depending on. I would have agreed if that was immediately after my order, but they two days they cancelled my order. They not worried about the customer at all. The best option they suggested me to check for another phone as if they are giving me a black Friday deal. I would request all of you to just don’t believe Amazon.com blindly. They need customers just to make business but when it comes to helping or assisting customers they don’t really care about customer. Now I am left without phone and I have to start my search, already I wasted 7 days to find on Amazon.
