Amazon came to india after launching of flipkart but it sure did it with a bang. Flipkart, which is working on amazon’s model, is good, but not good enough.
Amazon brings with it the rich experience of its CEO Jeff Bezos. And hence the infusion of money.
The services are world class. Their understanding of critical requirements of a typical indian( free delivery oj everything) is a plus point over flipkart.
The delivery is speedy. Prices are comparatively lower, all through the year. Returns are hassel free. I guess there is nothing more an online shopaholic wants.
