As I ordered a pair of shoes for me for winters of rs 499
DILIVERY TIMELINESS: They promise me to diliver on dilivery timeliness but they didn’t dilivered my shoes they reached 2 days late and that day I was gone somewhere thats is why I have to take dilivery next day.
PRODUCT QUALITY: The product of quality was good as they were comfortable and light weighted shoes
CUSTOMER SERVICE SERVICE: customer service is good as I called customer services to inquire about my late dilivery they responded very well.
