I purchased a product from Amazon. And the product was delivered in non working condition. I complained and the A-to-Z Amazon team filed the claim. I waited for two weeks and then on calling, they told me that I needed to return the product on my own. I failed to understand the reason because if it is the seller who delivered the product, then they should be the one to pick it up.
Being a person with limited means I decided to return on my own and to my surprise. I got an e-mail from the Amazon team asking me to follow 10 to 12 courier conditions which I needed to follow in order to get my refund.
I gave up because their conditions were not easy to follow. The defective product is still with me and now they are saying that the claim period has been over.
This is how Amazon has been tricking people through their A-to-Z buyers Guarantee.
A message for people, please do not trust their A-to-Z buyers Guarantee because they later will add hard conditions and your refund will not be possible.
