I ordered something from amazon and did paynent online. Amount has been deducted twice from my account but oreder was not processed.
Then I raised a compalin in customer care so they told me to refund my money in 7 working days which I have received back in just 4 days. but the issue I need to highlight is that is how amazon is making money.
If they deduct amount from our account and order do not get processed then amazon get lakhs of interest by keeping our amount in their account for 4 days. if per day 100 custmor out of 1000 facing the same issue then you can imagine how much inertest amazon is making through our money.
