I have spend over an hour on 2 phone calls and had around 5 long live chat sessions. I am a prime member, all they say is van was in the area. I wasn’t at home, although they say they have my signature? Yet won’t provide it, really frustrated, 9 days later I had to contact my bank. Think twice before ordered items with amazon. You could end up paying for nothing! Also the call me back feature has my number blocked, they just aren’t interested. Keep saying 24-48 hours for investigation like robots.
