I have ordered Slides & gifts and toys for my 3 year lil daughter on her demand. The Products have arrived my town safely. I was waiting for the order. Also I have already paid 3800 for slide and rest I have given for COD
When the product reached our town I got message and email with my product details and delivery boy contact details. We were waiting desperately and also I have called the delivery boy twice but his mobile was switched off. I tried 2 times but both times it was off.
I waited for whole day but my order did not arrived. At the end of the day I saw a mail from Amazon that my order was canceled and it was I only who refused to accept the order. the time I saw this mail I got busted and completely frustrated.
I have also called amazon customer care, first they told me that I have canceled the ordered and on my asking to show the proof that why and when I canceled the order they told me that the product was damaged so they only canceled the order. they also told me that delivery boy called my two times but you did not responded but the fact is I have not missed a single call yesterday(13th may)
Let’s for a second I assume that I did not responded to call but still its their duty to come to customer premise and ask for the acceptance or rejection of the order.
But This time amazon have failed and they have really played well with customers emotions and feelings.
I argue and request all of the online shoppers to order huge and huge in AMAZON and when the product reaches your destination please cancel it.
The same incident may have happened with many of us and again they are blaming customer only even the fault is of AMAZON TEAM.
Lets us all show them how it feels when the orders are canceled.
Lets all of us unite.
