I used Amazon.in and buy some products from them. I don’t shop more website but use only 2 like this online website.
Customer Service is not bad I have order Redmi 4 32GB at Amazon recently, and I have order some other product’s previously and the product is doesn’t what I want, when I realize that I have book for return the product what I brought and the get it return with in 1 week and refund my money to my bank account. I like the service from the website.
Product Quality is good, I liked the product what I have order and get it from the online shopping website. The mobile is good and still working nice.
I order the product’s and get it in 4 day’s they deliver the products at the timing but when we return it they take more time to get return the item from me.
Amazon.in was available in App and Websites both we can order think’s from that both.
The reliability of this is worth on electronics item’s like Mobile, Accessories, TV’s, Laptop etc. but they are not good at some category like Dressing, Beauty product’s.
