this a great online shopping way.
A few days earlier I ordered JIOFI-2(as you all know JIO "gariibo ka masiha") .So, it came after 2-3 days the product quality was good . Nicely packed overall nice and delivery boy was so good and humorous . I like their way of communicating every time I order thing form Amazon .So, after using the jiofii-2 for almost half a day, i finded it difficult to suit it into my lifestyle so I filed it to return the product but my mistake they sended a replacement which they hardly ever done . because they dont provide replacement (well after returning the original product) .
so now I filed another return for this replacement product but this time they said that the money you will receive in your account is RS 0 . because it was the replacement product . by this time I thought my money is gone so, I emailed their customer help center about the situation(where I hardly imagined that they will reply) and after 7-8 hr they did reply immediately the money was transfer to my account . and they said Sorry for inconvenience caused to you we promise next time this wont happen.
By now Amazon has created an a whole new level of trusteeship with my mind. I felt so secure, almost revived.
I will surely recommend it to you.
