I got very bad experience with Amazon. Very poor shipping service. I ordered a wi fi but wasnt work good and after 2 days it sucks .Amazon.com does not educate and train their staff. Each time you contact them to have the ongoing issue resolved you are given a different answer. They claim that all this is on a pre-recorded line however no one takes accountability for what is being told to the consumer. In order to receive a refund for damaged goods that were shipped you are subject to hours of phone calls.
That was my 1st and last order from Amazon.
