The amazon.in a U.S. based company has always assisted everyone with its best services as much and as far as the can.
The costumer service of the amazon is considerably very nice and costumer assisted. Whenever you will talk to the costumer service executive they will always be polite to you and will always be ready with keen interest in providing a better solution for the costumers solution. The Amazon has done this much for the costumers that you dont even have to call on any no. Just go to their website and enter your no. In CONTACT US tab and at the second moment the person gets a call.And the best part is that with in a minute or two you will be directed to the costumer service executive.Just talk to them get your problem resolved. I am a regular user of this website and had been shopping rom last 2 to 3 years.I am giving this website a negative review because of 2 reasons or may be problems that I have faced.
1.The product being delivered wrong.
2.The AMZON PAY services.
- The first problem that I faced started nearly one month ago when I was looking to buy a cell phone as to upgrage to a 4g compatible phone. My budget was 8000 rs so I was looking fir a phone under this budget. 1 celphone which impressed me was MOTO E4.at that time it was ranging 8499 gold color.But there was an offer that if make a payment through sbi debit or credit card then I will be elligible to get a 15% of cashback by which the amount gets deduced to 7225 rs. Only, which came under my budget.
So I decided to purchase the same and I placed a prepaid order on 9th of august.The best thing of the amazon was that the product got delivered in just 2 days, on the eve of 11th of august. I was amazed with the delivery speed of the amazon.But the product which I had received had 2 major problems.( 1) . The product was of another colour that I had ordered. I ordered gold colorBut the product was of white color. ( 2) The product was not functioning right. It was defected. Whenever I scrolled any page the brightness of the display was getting fluctuations even after turning of the ambient light sensor.
So I just contacted the costumer service and asked fir a replacement.It took 3 days to the pickup boy to come to me and pick it up but finally it was picked up on 14th august. And then on 19th august I recieved the replacement of my order.This time in the morning.But this was a thing that even I was not able to believe. The product that I recieved as a replacement of my order was again the same, i.e. white in colour. This time I was fully frustrated and upset with the amazon as I had no other celphone that time to use and things things just wasted a time of 15 days.Thus I again contacted to the costumer servise and this time despite of asking any replacement I demanded refund of the money.And odered some other cellphone.which is now working good.
- The Amazon pay service is a good service for users who are using online shopping very frequently through Amazon but the service has a MAJOR DRAWBACK. And i.e. if you topup you amazon pay wallet with a certain amount of money then you will ve bound to use it on amzon only and one cannot send it back to the bank account.
So if someone has decided to do a topup for now and use it sometime later. Then my advice to him will be, do not top up now.He may topup at the time of placing order otherwise once he do a top-up he will be bound to use that money in Amazon marketplace. However, besides of such problems the service is overall kind and good to the costumer but these 2 problems that I mentioned above are a major thing for conser and one should consider such points while shopping in not just Amazon.in but some other marketing websites also.
