I am into online shopping since almost 2 years now . I have bought products from many website . They are not bad but amazon is special for me because of their vast range of products, service, fast delivery, easy return policy and it genuine prodducts. The amazon delivery is very quick . I do not live in big well known cities like delhi, mumbai, kolkata etc . I live in a city where all e commerce website delivery is not very fast . They took almost 7-8 days to deliver, but amazon mostly take 2days to deliver, sometimes maximum 3 days . Thats the thing I like most . Their delivery is very fast . Once, I odered a dress for my sister and it got delivered in 2 days . The dress was very good without any defects but my sister wanted another dress which she saw on another site which was a clothing site especially, she told: can we return it brother? I asked amazon to return it and they took it back and refunded me without any question . One of my friend also had a return experience but with another website [ very big website, I can’t tell name ] . The experience was very bad and refund took more than a week .The amazon customer support is excellent . They help you in every problem . According to me amazon is very good website for shopping . It has almost every product you need at a very good price.
