The point isn’t that amazon is so great. The point is that they’re always willing to improve whatever is imperfect with them. They accept the fact that there might be certain problems with them, and they always welcome you to give them the feedback about the same. And the time taken by them to work on that is simply amazing. So far, I haven’t experienced better service or even a service that’s close to that of amazon’s offered by any other company. Awesome service. Wide range of products, can find almost that fits your needs. Great offers, cashbacks, and discounts. Fast deliveries. Polite customer support assistants. And even if anyone thinks the customer support isnt polite, just try to be polite yourself to them and see the difference. Never ever have I had any issues and never ever have any of my queries been unresolved. What else do you expect from a service provider. If anyone ever runs to a problem, my only advice to them is just try and talk to them, they’re surely going to help you reasonably. Cheers.
