Hey guys here I am writing my experience about Amazon the shopping site which among the largest shopping website in India and other countries.I had very bad experience with amazon and I have been very disappointed.
First of all the customer service is very bad and I didnt like it.I had ordered a football from Amazon and it showed 6-7 business days for delivery but it came 3 weeks later, so I was very disappointed.
Product quality is pretty good and various products are available but the quality shownnin the pictures are very different from reality.
I have experienced very bad delivery timeline, so I don’t appreciate the site’s courier service.
The Amazon app and website is pretty good and user friendly but as they don’t give cash on delivery option in every location, so it is not that reliable.
So guys I really didn’t like Amazon and I would prefer you to use Flipkart rather than Amazon.
