My friend Prakash placed an order on amazon.in with
Order Number: 405-2516760-0048303 on 31.05.2019. on 4 June 2019, delivery boy contacted him and told that he will deliver that item on next day as it is very late today. Next day my friend checked the amazon account and he became astonished that item status was "Delivered". He immediately called delivery boy who told that he has left service from Amazon Transportation Service(Courier company) and he returned that parcel to courier office.
Making complaint with Amazon, customer care executive told that it will take 7 days and a complaint was registered. Yesterday on contacting Amazon he got reply that since product is delivered, therefore Amazon could not help in this case. My friend asked many times Proof of Delivery, Address of Courier company(ATS) and the details of person who delivered that parcel, but all time Amazon executives denied to provide informations due to security reasons.
THIS IS SPECIAL TYPE OF CHEATING BY AMAZON. Why amazon is not providing delivery details? It is clear from that world’s leading company is sheltering culprits.
