I had ordered Samsung m51 from Amazon with exchange of my old phone and other offers .
Next to the exchange offer it was written that if the old phone is rejected due to some crack or deformation you can pay the balance amount and get the new phone .So today the delivery boy came and he rejected my old phone as it had a crack. Then I told him take the balance amount and give me the new phone . but he said that it is not an exchange policy and left .When I contacted Amazon customer care. Amazon said that this exchange tip was not applicable for the locality pin number but this wasn’t shown in the website when I was purchasing the item. They closed case without resolving my issue please help me.
