I have a very good experience with amazon online shopping in India.I have purchased a lot of products from amazon. If we are going for low price definitely the item may have some problem. For example Once I purchased a Plastic table, its mrp is 2000 and they listed it for 1500. By attracting the price I purchased one table and I got one damaged Piece. Another time I ordered one saree. It was available in two price range one is 350 and other is 650. I ordered for 350 and I got a damaged piece. Many time the sellers in amazon cheated me in different ways. But the customer support from amazon is challenging one. One thing we should take care is price, if price is very cheap don’t order the Item, most probably it may be defective items.
