My experince with amazon is been a long time. I love shopping with this app because they offer more product varities and their price is much lesser than other online shopping app. The products I have recieved till date are genuine and I have no complaint against them. I am not going to comment on others experince as its only a review of mine. One more thing I like about amazon is that, their shipping price is also very low as compared to others. And now the Prime Delivery facility is just awesome it just helps the product to be delivered in 2 to 4 business days to your door step.
The return facility of amazon is not so good beacause I have returned a product only once and I got my money as bank transfer after 4 days in my bank account after the product was picked up. And I dont like the app interface much it feels uneasy to use unlike the other apps. I hope this problem will be sort out soon by the company.
