Recently ordered for a bag of rice from Amazon. I know that Amazon is not one of the best sites when it comes to grocery shopping. I guess it was my mistake. Should have opted for the established players in the segment.
The funny part is that the package is being handled by their own courier Amazon Transportation Services. But custemer care doesnt have any clue about where the package is at present, even 11 days after dispatch.
And the disgusting part about the whole story is that Amazon customer care conveniently claimed that the package was "refused delivery", whatever that means. Why the hell should one refuse to take the delivery of an order when he has paid full in advance.
