Amazon.in are a great example of how an online shop should be run, the sub sellers(shops) linked to them can at times be questionable, but that is not amazon.in. Amazon.in are fantastic online shop, great at helping out when you got problems with deliveries / items being broken, and delivery of items is always as expected. Every time I have dealt with them they have been helpful and never negative about anything.
And even when you got a problem with the sub sellers they are great at resolving these issues too
