I have been shopping with amazon for almost 6 months now and for the 1st time I ordered a Tuxedo. Looking at the item online it seemed perfect. My actual size for the suit is 40 which fits me perfectly. I ordered for the same size. Firstly the delivery didnt happen though I received a text stating out for delivery. After I checked on the website it showed restricted area.
Am surprised how can it be possible when I have got all my deliveries in past on the same address. Luckily I had the number of the delivery Guy Ranjit Dalvi who delivers most of my products. I kept calling him continously as customer service was unable to help. It was so nice of him that he arranged the delivery for me. After I checked the product the Shirt and the bow was missing. I also have the snapshot of the website where it is not mentioned that this 2 items will not be included.
Now when I contact the customer service they ask me to contact seller and follow different process. I need an immediate refund or am gonna tell all my friends to stop shopping at amazon. Order Number:402-7634660-4884352 . If this is not fixed asap I’ll be proceeding with legal actions as am not getting what is posted on the website.
