It seems that Amazon.in is heavily marketing Amazon Prime i.e. "One Day delivere .blah blah."
But it seems that the reality is that the employees or contractors of Amazon Transportation Services can’t handle the pressure.
I’m not sure what Amazon.in is highlighting Prime when ATS(Amazon Trans Services) doesn’t have the capability.
I had ordered an item with tracking#937101169056 through Amazon Prime and today I received an sms stating that Item could not be delivered due to additional address requirement.
1)A question to Amazon Transportation Services:How come all of a sudden ATS guy needs address when ATS has already delivered several previous orders at the same address?
2)A suggestion to Amazon.in "Please do not highlight Amazon Prime" when you don’t have the capability
3)Major Suggestion to Amazon Transportation Services Management "Why are your employees and Contractors making FRAUD and FALSE update?
Proof:I can show 24x7 CCTV Surveillance footage of my building.No ATS guy even came near to my building today and Several deliveries have been already delivered by ATS before .so how come you have address problem now?
Moreover My building is located at a Landmark itself.
Also I still don’t have any issue with Late delivery, I only have issue with FALSE and FRAUD update of ATS Fraud employees
I had already complained to ATS today but they didn’t give any reference complaint no.so I am writing in mouthshut so that I can have some proof to refer to in the near future.
