It’s so frustrating to see amazin’s services. It was promised to be delivered by 15 oct but instead I received a msg saying it will be delayed by 1-2 days. I was okay too with that. 1-2 days means still amazon will deliver by 17th. Customer care has no machenism to ensure the delievery, everytime I call they say will be by eod but can’t ensure. 1-2 days mean 15 oct+ 2 days= 17 oct. now when I track online it is said to be delivered by 19th. wdf.
Absolutly not acceptable most frustrating is the status u post on order tracker is bloody fake ??. Online they say product revived by local faculty n after a day left the local currier faculty. but to where? N then they go it will be late by 1-2 days . absolutly fake
