I have been purchasing products from amazon ( amazon fullfilled) also which are not amazon for quite a long time also other e-commerce site but not as much as amazon it has been growing day by day and their service is top notch.
They have a excellent app as well as a excellent website .Before buying a product we can ask questions regarding it which will be answered by sellers and the current users . Amazom is very flexible too, I have ordered and returned products many times not just small products big products like laptop they refunded the amount in my bank in few days and that’s what I was looking for and amazon provided it. Its price for products is less than other e-commerce. I also own an amazon kindle paperwhite its a beautiful product and I read many books also pdf notes and the price of the books is also cheap you buy in kindle you can also read on your phone when your are away.
Coming to costumer service they have call and email as everyone knows and I usually mail my questions and the response is very quick I know calling is better option but I say if you have small questions then its better to mail. Product can be bought anywhere but also important is good services which Amazon does.
