Amazon made it into the Indian market in ’12. It has been quite a ride and now it is 2017. It has introduced prime with a memeberahip fees of 499 for 1yr. With prime you can order any product of any value and no extra cost applies to your purchase. But it has to be of PRIME category.
Their customer service is impeccable. They take customer satisfaction very seriously. They reply to emails in 4hrs max. Their customer reps are also very polite over the phone if you happened to call them.
Pricing is better than other sites much cheaper . They give you refunds if you aren’t happy with your purchase of if wrong item has been delivered to you. But cellphones are non returnable. If you do encounter an issue you got to go to the service centre even if it is 1 day old.
They use 5 courier services out of which GATI is the worst. If your item is shipped by them be prepared to wait 15 days minimum.
I can say that amazon has been quite the shopping experience for me. I am pleased with them.
