I was not thinking of writing about this review anywhere but got a mail from Amazon for customer review about my experience on buying the Jabra Bluetooth Headset and I wrote the following:
I have purchased this Jabra Bluetooth Headset from Amazon in the first week of September 2015. The product was defective with no battery backup, started showing the red flash even on the first call after the charging, when I tried for replacement; the mail from A & D Traders(seller of the product) first told me to contact the Jabra support directly otherwise the product has to be returned with full packing etc. as they will sell it to someone else

This clearly indicates that the chances of supplying me the defective product which has been returned by someone else is very high and almost certainly 100% and there is no guarantee that the replacement I will going to receive will either work or give the performance of a new product. I certainly did not believe my eyes that I am reading this and it has been allowed by Amazon. It seems they do not bother whether the seller sell defective or new products to the customer.
Next I tried for refund of my money because replacement was not an option and it was highly likely that I will get stuck in a loop of getting the product replaced again and again until the seller stopped responding, when requested for refund the following is reply received:

"This e-mail is being sent to you by Amazon.in to confirm that a return authorization has been requested for the item(s) listed below. Since the return request is outside of Amazon return policies, the seller may choose not to accept the return. If the seller chooses to accept this return an e-mail will be sent to you with the sellers return address and instructions for mailing your return."
I am clearly not amazed to see this reply, what is the policy? No refund even if the product is defective, certainly amazing.

We have delivered same product as describe this product has one year manufacture warranty by jabra and for warranty or support you can contact directly Phone: 1 800-425-3718/19 Nearest service the jabra customer care they will solve your concern or replacement on priority.
I was not amazed one more time after receiving this from them, again shedding all responsibilities and left me to go here and there to get my product replaced. This made me sure that there is no point wasting time with Amazon or the seller, they have certainly duped me by selling the defective product and must be doing the same with million others.
I have to spend quite a lot of my useful time to contact the Jabra support and get the replacement order from them and have to go almost 20 KM from my place to get the product replaced. I certainly had a very bad experience shopping with Amazon and caution everyone else to be careful while buying expensive and technical items from them because they can solve any technical issue over and email and close the matter.
After posting the review got the following reply over mail:

They are instructing me to focus on the specific features of the product and right only about that NO MATTER IF THERE IS NO FEATURE AVAILABLE IN THE SUPPLIED PRODUCT. AMAZON INDIA IT WAS DEFECTIVE AND NOT WORKING AT ALL.
I dont know and really failed to understand what is wrong in my review which they cant post.
