now here is another bloody issue that has come up. the order came in today, . I asked the delivery guy to gimme the link to pay, . could not find amazon pay balance on the link. called up cust care and spoke with this arrogant guy named abhinav. he anyway sounded rude, alongside, he had the audacity not to check where did I get the amazon pay balance and tell me that if I had amazon pay balance, why did I not purchase the product using that instead of doing a cod.!
even an AI with a donkey’s brain could have taken the initiative to tell me that I cant pay using my amazon pay balance.all this time, while I was asking for the 509 INR refund, you guys asked me to wait for 3-5 business days for the refund. when you finally decided to put it to my amazon pay balance, no body even bothered to inform me that I cant use it to pay the delivery guy.(even after stating it clearly that I need the refund asap to pay for the order). now I had to return the order, thanks to your stupidity. I had even chatted with alekhya last evening to check the same thing and even he told me that I can pay for a cod using amazon pay balance.
Heres the bloody situation
I dont have my earphones on time, my money is stuck in amazon pay balance, which I cant pay the order with. I had to leave for another destination today and I dont have what I wanted. even if I order again today, it will take another 5-6 days for the product to arrive, which makes me buying the product useless. amazon has completely cheated me and I have had it this time. this was the last straw and I am totally going social about this.
