Amazon is the best online website in India . It provides very good service. personally I purchase all electronic products like smart phones, laptops, computer parts, paid software etc on amazon, and I have to say the service provided by amazon is much much better than other sites.
Product delivery time is 2-7 days in regular shipping. there are also same day delivery so if you want to get that particular product on 24 hour than its very useful but for that you have to pay some extra money. if you got defected product than either you get refund or product replacement whatever your choice. So guys buy product online and save money.because in online product purchase the price is much much less compare to local retailers.
