Better to worse

Me and my wife are regular customers ok Amazon.in. we did not ever face any issue with the orders and delivery. The products they sell are also genuine.Birth the thing which is taking Amazon from Better to worse is their delivery. I ordered a Netgear router with them one month ago. I got a message from Amazon that your package has been delivered and has been signed by Sushil Kumar Patial but I did not receive the product and did not ever sign any receipt. I called Amazon customer care and reported the incident. I was told that the issue is been escalated and we will get back to you within 24 hour but nobody took the pain to contact me regarding this.The Amazon courier guy delivered that product to my neighbors but I did not request them to hand it over to my neighbors. The courier guy from Amazon did not call me to tell that the product has been handed over to them.Fortunately day after tomorrow my never came to me and told that he has received a courier from Amazon.The point to be noted is that the same thing got happened with my new order which was for hard cover case for my mobile phone. Yesterday I got a message that your mobile case cover has been handed over to you. I went to my neighbours and asked them if Amazon has handed over anything to them but they told that they haven’t received anything.I reported the incident to Amazon customer care again immediately and promised that they will escalated to the manager and get back to me within 24 hrs. Now I am waiting for your reply with fingers crossed.Amazon must need to rework on their delivery system otherwise it will go worse to the worst which finally will bring a loss.
