Today I’m going to share my online shopping experience on Amazon. It’s all been nice till now. Just now I have received another package of earphones before the delivery date they have given.The packing quality of product is very nice. The Amazon is such a online platform which is reliable.
Also the customer support have no word to explain. Before some days, I have seen a advertise of loading money on Amazon pay balance and get 15% back. So I did a transaction through my idbi debit card. It says the order is placed and your transaction is in process and it will be done in 5 minutes. But more than hour has gone but the money didn’t get loaded. So I call Amazon Service Executive on 1800 3000 9009 toll free number. Then they asked me to choose preferable language, says that the waiting time is less than a minute. After the call has been received by one of the executive. He was realy so polite. He asked my name and email or registered mobile number and then the problem I’m facing. After he politely asked me to wait and says I will try to solve your problem. And he did, it was my credit card problem. I thanked him.
So Amazon is best place to shop in India. I’m fully satisfied with Amazon. Good customer support, good packaging, well product prices, and short time for delivery the item. What more than this we want ? Isn’t it ?
