Amazon delivered a defective item. The item was covered under 7 days easy return. On calling the customer support I was informed that I needed the return the item on my own. I could not understand the meaning of easy return, so I decided to return the product.
The cost of the product on Amazon was 700 rupees, and the prices for sending the item were 600 rupees. And additional to that I also needed to insure the product for which I needed to pay 300 rupees extra. So for a 700 rupees item I needed to pay 800 rupees to get my refund. On calling the customer service, they informed me that they could not do anything about it.
