I have been shopping from Amazon.in for about 2 years during which I have bought mostly Amazon fulfilled products, so that’s probably the reason that my shopping experience has always been good, issues if any were also resolved quite smoothly.
I would just log on to their website and request for a call back or just chat, whenever I felt that things are going sideways I just speak a bit strongly and let them know that they are at fault and that’s it my problems gets solved, I must say that at most of the instances the prices on Amazon have been lower than the other sites, in fact earlier there was a feature where in which we could report if we were getting a product at a lower price from elsewhere now that seems to be gone, I have also been also to get some Amazon money by referring friend that’s like icing on the cake.
