Worst Delivery team ever

The experience with Amazon has gine down drasctically in last 6-8 months. 9 out of 10 of the 10pm deliveries either get delayed or get rescheduled for a later date. It all started after the delivery team got changed in my area. Inspite of giving the same complaints since last 4-5 months Amazon has still not even tried to resolve this long standing issue. Amazon has become the most trustworthy & relaible platform to buy and shop, you get absolutley anything & everything here. But now they have started taking its loyal customers for granted and giving such bad service. 1499 an year for Prime is not a small amount. whats the use of Prime when all your deliveries get delayed or rescheduled.


The delivery team of late have been falsely updating statuses as "Customer rejected order" or "Customer not picking up calls" I get this status a lot of times that custiomer didnt pick up calls whearas no call from Amazon or Amazon delivery team was recieved. Many times they falsely update as delivered and only after chatting with Amazon they tell it was wronlgly marked as delivered. Its a trick which after so many times I finally understood. By marking delivered they can just say that by mistake it was marked as delivered or by giving excuses like Customer didnt pick up call or rejected the order.


Many times these people just drop the parcels at the security gaurd area of the building, they dont call the customer not inform the security gaurd. What will happen if the parcel which is delicate or fragile is handled like this? Whos fault will it be?


So many times the 10pm delivery gets delayed and I get to know of it at the last moment. I order pet food mostly and if at the last moment I get to know that its oing to delayed, then I have go and search for pet food after 10pm and mosytly all shops get closed by then. So many times my poor pets had to sleep on an empty stomach with little food or no food at all. For this I have raised so many complaints but no action has been taken. If you idiots cant deliver by 10pm then remove that slot and give the last slot of 8pm. Atleast then we can find some alternatives if the order get delayed.


Best is to use Amazon as least as possible.
