Amazon is a great online shopping website, i’m using it since a long time, My list of things which I bought from the website are very long, I bought 3 mobile, 1 DSLR stand, 2 Veet creams(:P) and there are few things which I can’t mention here. The service was too good I got my products in time> Sometime before delivery date. I was very happy with Amazon. Whenever I need something online I just open Amazon.in but one fine I order a memory card and this time I choose online payment option and pay the money through Paytm. my order’s delivery date was just 2 days after the order purchased. But I didn’t received till 6 days.
Then I call customer care 3 times day after another but they just said to me sorry for the inconvenience your product delivery by next day. Now it’s 10th day and I m in too much anger I call the amazon customer care what the hell, its 10 day and I did’t received my product yet. what are you doing. Then after a long conversation he said, sir I cancel your order and i’m refunding your money to your bank and it will reach in 4 to 5 days.
I just said thank you for wasting my 15 days and cut the call. This was my baddest experience in online shopping. I think when you pay before delivery now they don’t care about product, they just need money and it is a harsh truth.
