This happened last week. I had booked moto g5s plus via amazon in my sistersaccount, as I was not the prime user I was not allowed for cash on delivery. I had to pay online, I paid using debit card the amount was deducted and the order was placed.But the very next day I received a mail informing that the order was cancelled WITHOUT ANY REASON I was disappointed reguarding this, they sent a mail that the amount will be refunded. Till now I have not received any amount back, due to this I am not able to book any phone ( no cash) .I regrete for using amazon.
