Hii friend today I will share my experience which I exprienced while buying on amazon I buyed many things online from different online stores I do not have a fixed store but I buy many things from snapdeal and amazon I bought coolpad note 3 lite form amazon and it was deliverd to me on 7 march I was unhappy with phone because the charger output was slow which charged the phone slowly, battery backup was not good and display quality.
I requested amazon for the replacement they told that we will reply you by mail for further steps but they didnot reply I called them 4 to 5 time than after 1 week ago I called again and they replied me that pack the mobile and courier to the merchant I think the website is good but with the customer support I am not satisfied?
